In this live, in-person workshop, we’ll work with rescue dogs who need homes—not dogs you already know. You’ll work in small teams, collaborate, and practice making decisions you can stand behind.
This is about real-world practice, not memorizing scripts.

I began my journey in 2009 as a dog walker and became the first pack walker in my city. Over the years, I trained under Cesar Millan, and for more than a decade, I've had the privilege of working alongside him as an official workshop trainer and behavior consultant onÂ
Cesar Millan Live! and Better Human, Better Dog.
Through this experience, I've learned that being an exceptional dog trainer isn't enough. To truly succeed, you need to lead people as well as you lead dogs. That’s why I created this LEAD Academy intensive.
I’ve witnessed countless dog pros who excel with dogs but struggle with client relationships, setting boundaries, pricing, and running a business that works for them.
