What it is

A live, 90-minute, interactive Dog Behavior Video Breakdown where I’ll dissect real-life clips frame by frame, showing you exactly what the dogs are communicating and why the behavior is happening. 

We’ll cover:

  • How to spot the subtle signals dogs give before the “problem” behavior.
  • What’s actually going on in those moments of confusion or persistence.
  • How I would handle each case as a client and how that client would fit into your business structure.
  • How to explain behavior to clients so they trust your leadership and stay long term

How it Works

Hi I’m Jojo

I started as a dog walker in 2009 and became the first pack walker in my city. A result of training under Cesar Millan, who I’ve now worked with for over a decade. I’m an official workshop trainer and behavior consultant on his show Better Human, Better Dog.

Along the way, I built a six-figure dog business that still thrives today under the team I trained. What I’ve seen again and again is that dog pros are amazing with dogs (and a little obsessed with learning more)—but often struggling with admin, boundaries, pricing and clients.

That’s why I created LEAD Academy, to give walkers and trainers the tools to succeed with both behavior and business.
