Hey, I'm Jojo.

I’m looking for people who are serious about truly understanding dog psychology and how to communicate it to clients in a way that empowers them to change their lifestyle with their dogs. After building my local business, which I loved (and continues today with people I trained), I realized there is so much opportunity for people to create the same type of community in every locality of the world. Balance and harmony with dogs and their people spread throughout every area will save so many dogs from a life of stress, anxiety, fear and so many other issues.

My goal is to build a nationwide to worldwide network of independent, reputable, skilled and knowledgeable dog professionals who can actually help people with their dog’s behavior issues, coach them throughout their dogs lives to really live the lifestyle we talk about and make a great living in the process. The dream!

I’m so passionate about how dog psychology can make us better humans and that’s one big reason why I created Lead Academy.

Dogs have made me a more confident human, a more calm and balanced human and I have put myself in front of the most famous dog behaviorist in the world for over a decade to help me get there. (I’m still a work in progress 😀) It’s been hard work. I’ve failed many times, made so many mistakes and have many bite scars to prove it.

I’m here in Lead Academy being completely vulnerable and sharing everything I’ve ever learned in the last 17 years working with dogs, people and business trial and error. There’s no gatekeeping here. I want you to be able to learn from my mistakes and my successes. I’ve invested a lot into my career and myself. My mentors have been so open and generous, I’ve come up with some goodies of my own and I’m here to pay it forward. I’ve created a framework for you to start, grow or restructure and I’m excited to show it to you.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

LEAD Academy is structured in three phases that move you from getting clients, to mastering your skills, to stepping into long-term leadership. Everyone is in a different place with their needs and skills, so we tailor the program as needed.

Phase One: Clients & Clarity

Once you’re in, we start with a private onboarding call so I understand exactly where you are and what you need most. From there:

If you’re new: land your first 3–5 steady clients and set up services that make you money and give you dogs to practice with
If you’ve been at it for a while: this is where we tighten up what you already have, reset boundaries, refine offers and clear the chaos so your business feels solid again.

Nothing builds momentum like clarity and cash flow. That’s what this phase is built around.

Phase Two: Behavior + Business Mastery

Two calls every week. One on behavior: case studies, video breakdowns, why dogs do what they do. One on business: pricing, messaging, client psychology, team growth.

Newer pros: build confidence and skills that set you apart from hobbyists
Experienced pros: deepen expertise, strengthen client relationships, and learn systems that scale

This is where it clicks. You stop feeling like you’re winging it.

Phase Three: Leadership + Long-Term Growth

The final phase is about stepping fully into leadership of your dogs, your clients, and your business.

Just starting out: you begin to see yourself not just as someone who loves dogs, but as a professional with a real career

Do I need experience to join?

No. LEAD Academy is built for both new and experienced dog pros. If you’re just starting out, you learn how to build your business step by step. If you’ve been doing this for years, you learn how to refine, restructure, and scale without burning out.

What if I can’t make the calls live?

All calls are recorded and uploaded so you can watch on your schedule.

How long do I get access?

The 6-month option includes lifetime access to the curriculum. The 3-month option gives you 3 months of full access to curriculum, community, and calls, with the option to re-enroll after. If you want lifetime curriculum access, the 6-month plan is the way to go. After your 6 months, you have the option to continue in the program at a discounted alumni rate.

Is this just about dog behavior?

No. We cover behavior, business, and client communication because you need all three to build something that lasts.
