Hey, I'm Jojo.

I’m looking for people who are serious about truly understanding dog psychology and how to communicate it to clients in a way that empowers them to change their lifestyle with their dogs. After building my local business, which I loved (and continues today with people I trained), I realized there is so much opportunity for people to create the same type of community in every locality of the world. Balance and harmony with dogs and their people spread throughout every area will save so many dogs from a life of stress, anxiety, fear and so many other issues.

My goal is to build a nationwide to worldwide network of independent, reputable, skilled and knowledgeable dog professionals who can actually help people with their dog’s behavior issues, coach them throughout their dogs lives to really live the lifestyle we talk about and make a great living in the process. The dream!

I’m so passionate about how dog psychology can make us better humans and that’s one big reason why I created Lead Academy.

Dogs have made me a more confident human, a more calm and balanced human and I have put myself in front of the most famous dog behaviorist in the world for over a decade to help me get there. (I’m still a work in progress 😀) It’s been hard work. I’ve failed many times, made so many mistakes and have many bite scars to prove it.

I’m here in Lead Academy being completely vulnerable and sharing everything I’ve ever learned in the last 17 years working with dogs, people and business trial and error. There’s no gatekeeping here. I want you to be able to learn from my mistakes and my successes. I’ve invested a lot into my career and myself. My mentors have been so open and generous, I’ve come up with some goodies of my own and I’m here to pay it forward. I’ve created a framework for you to start, grow or restructure and I’m excited to show it to you.
